I know it will never be "legal", but i want to know if there is any way to force a shiny victini in game without external cheating. Can you force a shiny PID in B/W or B2/W2 with glitches? No, as far as I'm aware there are no glitches that remove the shiny lock for Victini, nor alter the PID to be shiny.
