I've inserted the cheats in USRCHEAT myself (found the Game ID through the option that allows you to do it on Cheat Code Editor), but the menu just isn't showing up. Gets rid of whatever HM you use just like a TM. Just teach some junk pokemon the HMs you AREN'T supposed to have and bam! They're gone.
