All of the Celebis released had the normal "Met at Lvl. _ _" or "Apparently met at Lvl. _ _" flag on it, not the Fateful Encounter Flag. I know this because I own a Legit 10th Anniversary Celebi myself. Oh. I was sure it said fateful encounter, but maybe you are right. Posted March 22, 2010 Share Posted March 22, 2010 how come Riakos nature doesnt change when i use the wild nature modifier that i just found here cause i put in modest anture and when i caught Raiko its nature is still Quiet and i caught 6 other pokemon and all 6 of those natures are all MODEST!! whats up with that cause i want Raiko with a Modest Nature T_T Raikou & Entei natures are set once they run out of the Burned Tower. The code works for Suicune because you interact with it while the other two are roaming pokemon. Same goes for Latios/Latias. So save when appropriate. (I have US Version) I tried it on my SoulSilver (US) and it's working fine. I'm not getting different numbers every time. I included the xml of the codes that do exist for now that you can drag into the Ar manager. Only one should be activated at a time and you need to mark your pokemon using the PC to activate the code on a pokemon. Ok since a few of you asked about how to use the xml file I included here is a small walkthrough with idiot proof pictures 1. You Extract the EV.zip and get the EV.xml 2. You Copy the EV.xml 3. Paste the EV.xml into your AR manager under My Codelists. If you did this correctly it should look like this: 4. To Copy the Codes onto your AR, DO NOT I repeat DO NOT drag the Codelist because this will erase the codes you already have on your AR. Just drag the Code itself.
