SpiritOfAbsol Posted February 2, 2017 Share Posted February 2, 2017 Hi, PKHeX is removing Surf from the 2 event Pikachu's that come with it, TCGWC & the Pokepedia ones are opening but neither have surf listed, you can add it by hand though. SoA Any Pokemon with HMs from before Gen 5 cannot be transferred into it. (and relearn moves was a concept introduced in Gen 6, meaning any such deleted HMs cannot be restored) The functionality you're talking about, sounds like you're trying to import a pre Gen-5 Pokemon, hence why the HMs are getting removed.
