Odaxis Posted January 6, 2017 Share Posted January 6, 2017 (edited) Hey. A guy i help out every so often has a 3DS region set to Taiwan and the country set to Hong Kong. PKHeX, of course, flags this as illegal. When he trades me Pokemon he's caught in game they have the same flags.
