I'm aware that Pokemon HeartGold and SoulSilver have wild encounter codes for Pokemon of Max IV's and Hidden Powers and even a marking code for Max IV's in the PC. But if there a code out there that allows you to modify the IV's of Pokemon Gifted or Hatched such as starters or egg Pokemon? Specifically I have a Cyndaquil and I would appreciate any help I could get into changing it's Hidden Power to Rock. I'd appreciate any help or info given.
