Oldfan Posted July 27, 2016 Share Posted July 27, 2016 hey fellas.. after 15years without pokemon in my life... pokemon go made me come back to the whole pokemon world i bought a 2DS Console and a SoulSilver game... - sadly i updated the console to 11.0.0.33 - had no idea updating it will make things harder... anyway i wanted to start playing FIRERED as its the most nostalgic for me but sadly i cant do that so i wonder if there is a way i can edit my Soulsilver save file - or maybe someone can link me a edited save file so i can start my journey with Charmander instead of one of the 3 Starters... Thanks!! Browserhax was (very) recently updated to support 11.0.0.33 firmware, hop on the homebrew train! Guest Posted July 28, 2016 Share Posted July 28, 2016 Do keep in mind that you'll have to buy either a year of Pokémon Bank subscription (for PokéTransporter) or Pokémon Dream Radar if you want to backup/restore DS save files through homebrew launcher. Good thing is, you can properly access eShop for that right off the bat since you're already on latest firmware. Had no idea browserhax and menuhax were both updated for 11.0, wonder how menuhax works now. Github is down for some reason so I can't check.
