You can find Pikachu and Shiny Tapu Koko respectively. Will using those wonder cards on my US 3ds be legit? Or am I missing something? Most, if not all, Local Wireless and Infrared events are distributed with only one wonder card available, and by extension of that, it only comes in one wonder card language. It's Region Lock to PAL Systems/Games (E7XX) the US one get (U7XX) Japanese (J7XX or M7XX for Movie Events) Taiwanese codes works on JP and PAL Regions (?) This was discovered from Movie Arceus where certain codes matched specified sets and WCs, and only half of those sets had shiny Arceus on it lol.
