Krizik Posted June 22, 2015 Share Posted June 22, 2015 I asked this quetion a week ago and had gotten no response. I asked "Can someone tell me how to update my 3DS to a specific firmware? I found my old 3ds which has 8.1.0-4U. Is it still possible for me to update to 9.0-9.5 someway?" I wanna be able to use PkHex. But it only works with firmware from 9.0-9.5. It isn't possible to update to a specific firmware on a "normal" console, aside from game updates but it has been proven that consoles updated this way still can't use PKHex (bcse the browser isn't updated). You're still under 9.2 though, so you're able to install an "emuNAND" on your console, which will allow you tu use PKHex and much more.
