Cant use ram2sav i dont think Unfortunately you can't extract wc6 with a powersave, so the only thing I can think about would be using cybergadget if you have a japanese game+console. Yes, you can inject them but you will have to edit them in PKHex once redeem to change the origin game and regions otherwise it won't be a legit event. And yes, you can inject multiple wc6 at a time using Ram2SAV.
