DragonWarrior Posted January 28, 2015 Share Posted January 28, 2015 Hello!...i have a question about a pokemon becoming shiny via PKHex...i caught my reshiram and i has great ivs...so, if i turn it into shiny by PKHex...will it still be "legal"?...i mean, just as if i had caught it shiny with those ivs... RustInPeace Posted January 28, 2015 Share Posted January 28, 2015 Reshiram and all non Hoenn story legendary pokemon (Weather Trio and Deoxys) in ORAS are not shiny locked (not 100% sure those 4 are shiny locked). A pokemon legit is a pokemon obtained in game. A pokemon Legal is a pokemon created with PKHeX, Pokegen, ecc.. but the same as one obtained in game.
