Shiny Shuckle

EVs: 252 HP / 208 Def / 48 SpD

Holding: Leftovers

Ability: Gluttony

Nature: Impish

~ Encore

Taunt week, which basically is almost all Suicide Leads, most Anti-Lead/Fake Out lead, and also very weak to the rare but deadly Trick-Choice lead. And even then, it can't do anything to Metagross except hope they don't Roar you out or Encore.

The only way this set works is if they SR first and you Encore.

All that being said, if Shuckle wants to wall, and I mean REALLY wall, it isn't as a lead. And it needs to have sand up.

Rock types get a 50% special defense boost in sand.

Get a new lead.

Shiny Kingdra

EVs: 252 Atk / 240 SpA / 16 Spe

Holding: Damp Rock

Ability: Swift Swim

Nature: Naughty

~ Rain Dance

~ Waterfall

~ Hydro Pump

~ Draco Meteor

You're going to fall short of several 2HKOs without Life Orb. Unless you're running a Rain Dance team, no reason to hold Damp Rock.

Shiny Porygon-Z

EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe

Holding: Choice Scarf

Ability: Download

Nature: Timid

~ Tri Attack

-Z can't afford to miss. Thunderbolt over Thunder.

Scizor

EVs: 32 HP / 252 Atk / 224 Spe

Holding: Life Orb

Ability: Technician

Nature: Adamant

~ Swords Dance

~ Bullet Punch

~ Brick Break

~ X-Scissor

Fine nd standard as is Metagross

Probopass

EVs: 252 HP / 158 SpD /98 def

Holding: Leftovers

Ability: Magnet Pull

Nature: Calm

~ Thunder

~ Toxic

~ Earth Power

~ Flash Cannon

Yeah, Probopass is NU for a reason. It's typing sucks.

Probopass is doing nothing for your team. Get rid of it. Zapdos would me a good replacement. Elevates your bit of ground weakness, generally bulky, can run Rain-Dance-Thunder if you wish, good check on Scizor, and so on.

You really need a check on Gyarados because you currently don't.

I'm sure someone less tired could provide a better rate.

It's got no attack moves at all. If it gets taunted, and the pokemon has a ability/move that locks you in the game, you'll have to struggle. Also you might want to get it to have bide. Encore + Bide is a good combo being sure that it would take 3 or more turns to be able to take down Shuckle.

Shiny Kingdra

EVs: 252 Atk / 240 SpA / 16 Spe

Holding: Damp Rock

Ability: Swift Swim

Nature: Naughty

~ Rain Dance

~ Waterfall

~ Hydro Pump

~ Draco Meteor

With the lack of Speed, almost any OU can 2HKO Kingdra. Also, none of your pokemon require rain, only Kingdra so no need for the rain to last so long. Kingdra probably won't even survive 5 turns if it is unable to 1HKO the opponent if the opponent is an OU. Because of the lack of speed if you are able to 2HKO your enemy and your enemy is able to 2HKO you, your opponent would probably have a higher speed and be the one to beat you first. If you are planning to set up rain first, your opponent would take the upper hand to attack and Swift Swim only lasting the second turn, still if you aren't able to 1HKO your enemy, they will take Kingdra down. One of Kingdra's threats are Empoleon, it is able to wall all Kingdra's attacks. Maybe have Life Orb instead of Damp Rock.

Shiny Porygon-Z

EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe

Holding: Choice Scarf

Ability: Download

Nature: Timid

~ Tri Attack

~ Thunder

~ Ice Beam

~ Hidden Power Fighting

Not too bad but if you're planning to use Life Orb on Kingdra as I suggested you to, get thunderbolt instead of thunder, Porygon-Z lacks defence. If you're still planning on running down with damp rock, keep the set as thunder will be 100 accuracy in the rain.

Scizor

EVs: 32 HP / 252 Atk / 224 Spe

Holding: Life Orb

Ability: Technician

Nature: Adamant

~ Swords Dance

~ Bullet Punch

~ Brick Break

~ X-Scissor

Don't see anything bad but keep in mind Moltres is a big threat, being able to 1HKO you and wall all your moves. Not necessary but U-Turn might be considered instead of X-Scissor but staying with your moveset is still fine.

Metagross

EVs: 252 HP / 236 Atk / 12 Def / 8 Spe

Holding: Choice Band

Ability: Clear Body

Nature: Adamant

~ Meteor Mash

~ Earthquake

~ Explosion

~ Bullet Punch

Nothing much to say, pretty good moveset. CB+252 Atk+Explosion combo is very strong.

Probopass

EVs: 252 HP / 158 SpD /98 def

Holding: Leftovers

Ability: Magnet Pull

Nature: Calm

~ Thunder

~ Toxic

~ Earth Power

~ Flash Cannon

Probopass is very inconsiderate with its offences so maybe not use too much attacks. Having 3 attacks for Probopass isn't such a good idea. Because if you plan on using Probopass as a wall, you should use more status moves such as thunder wave and sandstorm to pull out its defences.

Best choice if you substitute Probopass with something else. Maybe Hippowdon for a wall.

Overall, your team isn't too bad.

I'm not using any legendaries.

Getting rid of Probopass.

Giving Porygon-Z thunderbolt.

Giving Kingdra life orb.

Thinking of what I should replace the last slot with.

Have considered all criticism, open to more please.

I meant to edit earlier Porygon-Z has adaptability and Shuckle has sturdy.

The sets have already been rated so i'll just tell you the weaknesses of this team.

You seem to have a Salamence weakness. Nothing on your team can revenge kill Dragon Dance Salamence. P-Z though timid natured wont outspeed it cause all DDmences are max speed natured.

Infernape will be problamatic. Sure you P-Z is faster but it cant OHKO an Ape at max or 70% HP. Kingdra will slow it down but if its at 60% it wont survive a LO CC from Ape.

Having no Fire type move at all in the team will obviously give a you a Scizor and Bronzong problem. The only locked move your Probopass can catch scizor on is Bullet Punch and that can do some serious damage as well. It can either U turn out or finish you with Superpower, Bronzong will use EQ to wipe you out and just forget about trapping and finishing Metagross.

Lucario downright pwns this team. Nothing can beat Luke after a SD on your team. Id suggest using a Gengar with Scarf instead of P-Z. this set should do:

Gengar

EVs: 252 Sp.Atk / 252 Spe / 6 HP

Holding: Choive Scarf

Ability: Levitate

Nature: Timid

~ Shadow Ball

~ Focus Blast

~ HP Ice

~ Thunderbolt

Revenge kills Luke, Gyara and Sally after a DD and great check against Latias and possibly DDtar.

Another thing is that your using two Steel types Meta and Zor. Both do almost similar jobs and its better to have diversity on a team so they are not weak to similar types. Switch one of them for something else.

Change your lead, Shuckle isnt the pokemon that it use to be >.>.....but it can still do a decent job with sand up......which your team doesnt have. Having 2 rock types being used as walls....that to special walls.....and no sand to aid them is very silly. You need a good physical wall to take beatings. Use a Hippwodon as your lead. That doubles as your SR user and Physical wall and adds sand for you which in turn benefits your Probopass. Hippo does a decent job of stopping Lukes as well but the Gengar is taking care of more threats including Luke.

So despite being presented with multiple, well thought out posts of why Shuckle is not fitting in on this team (at least as a lead), and suggestions to either remove it or add sand to benefit it, apparently are ignored. With only "Shucke stays no questions asked."

Part of making a thread here is you have to be open to change and criticism. You have to be open to using Pokemon you don't "like" (IE your no legends rule) and that the Pokemon you chose for the job (IE Shucke as a lead) isn't the best, and you have to be willing to work with that, and improve your team.

If you could provide a convincing argument about why Shuckle is a great lead for your team, then we'd all accept that. But you haven't, and appeared to have ignored all the advice posted.

So since this is really only Rate-Half-My-Team, I'm closing this.

Better luck next time, and much thanks to Golgross and Toffe for their input.
