Hozu
Your Pokémon have a TID/SID combination that is literally impossible for the game to generate, hence the invalid ID/SID message.
Mega Mewtwo X
Your Pokémon have a TID/SID combination that is literally impossible for the game to generate, hence the invalid ID/SID message. Could this have been caused by a change in trainer id with code? I did this years back and is the only thing i can think of . Do these codes always do this? Kaphotics
changing your trainer ID to something impossible to obtain will cause this.

I thought it was numbers higher than 60000. either way started new game and just saved my important pokemon to change their id and sid to be like my soulsilver other question Do SID and ID have to relate somehow or calculate together? Hozu
By editing your Pokémon or save file, your Pokémon are no longer "legit". Simplest way to ensure it doesn't happen again is to not edit anything. Ever.
randomspot555
Question has been answered. Your Pokemon are not legit nor are they legal and PokeCheck's legality checker is working as intended.
