But I could't move it because Pokeback said it has a problem. I want to get a shiny Jirachi in XY. Please help me. Reisyukaku most likely definitely made it shiny using Datel's Powersaves 3DS. (there's a code to making a pokemon shiny) Nintendo intended to shiny lock Jirachi, however there was a loophole in their PRNG (citation required) hence we have a limited few available. But in the end, they still want to shiny lock Jirachi, and they don't acknowledge that Jirachi, so it won't go through. Basically, any shiny Jirachi won't go through.
