It detects that the ability is "hacked". I looked on several forums posts and made the following changes. Typed 01 next to Extra bytes 66(0x42) The number is 1 right next to the ability "Iron Fist" Everything else seems perfectly normal. I have no idea what's happening. The only type of legal Iron Fist Chimchar is one from THAT specific DW event.
