Competition starts on February 23rd. prectorian Posted March 6, 2013 Author Share Posted March 6, 2013 So annoying, according to Serebii.net, the C-Gears are given to those who participated and made it into the rankings. Last time I read (before the competition), it only said 'given to those who participated and at least play 1 round'. Apparently I don't see any link to receive the skins.
