Brain Posted October 7, 2012 Share Posted October 7, 2012 Hi, I just want to confirm if there is a known way to script a wild battle starting in these games like a person event? I notice you can script for trainer battles, but can't find anything on wild battles. Is it possible to do this? If so, what are the commands I need to write the script? Kaphotics Posted October 8, 2012 Share Posted October 8, 2012 Scripting allows wild encounters with Pokemon, typically requiring the player to interact with a stationary event. However, you can add in the "trigger encounter with X species" to any script. Use PPRE, I don't know of a list of HGSS script commands/howto's. Was just wondering because 90% of my scripting took place in the GBA games so I'm used to wildbattle, givepokemon etc. and I'm still getting used to script in the DS games so I was a bit wary of how it was done.
