The 'B21C4D28' mean that it's for D/P. I'm messsing around hex editing the jagged-ear Pichu since modifying it in Pokes.................. Well it's obvious that data isn't in a .pkm......... damn.. where is it? The ROM itself? I wanted to make some lvl. 5 PKMN to start my game off with, but I don't think there is even a Pokesav for HG/SS yet.
