Hello i am from the future...now the past

WELL , I have had for YEARS problems to make a custom C-gear Skin , I KNOW it must be 16 colors , I KNOW it is 256x192 , I will put my problem below

I want to put this image on MY c-gear

Ok , Let's see, I put the image in PokeCgear blah blah blah blah.

THE IMAGE BECOMES SMALLER AND I HATE THAT WITH ALL MY HEART.

according to what I saw in about 500 forums, using ms paint could help (paint included with windows) and when you save it as BMP 16 colors, this...aberration happens.

(this is the image after saving it to 16 color BMP format in ms paint)

and by putting it in PokeCgear

The image FINALLY looks complete without borders, BUT HORRIBLE.

HELP PLEASE

Images cannot be too intricate, the format only allows for 255 unique 8x8 tile arrangements. The aforementioned program is reducing the clarity of the image to allow it to be represented in the tile format.

Choose a less complex image, with less curved lines.

I'll try it, thanks, I'll send results as soon as possible.
