No, just no. There is nothing wrong with the Legality Analysis in this case.

LA does not seem to like eggs traded from D/P to HG/SS. http://www.pokecheck.org/?p=detail&uid=1949298

That's funny; I was just about to report that. I never would've noticed this if I didn't have those pokemon accidentally not private. I just clicked them randomly trying to figure out why I had a Marstomp thinking that was my B2, but my SS had the same name. I only uploaded these guys to see who had random 31's, and never thought to check the legality analysis.

More technical information:

When starting my JP SS long before the English release, I sent myself some eggs from my English Pearl. When going through my other pokemon from my English Pearl, I noticed it does the same thing with pokemon traded from my JP Diamiond to the English Pearl before they hatched.

Going to list all the trainer information just in case it helps, but I am beginning to believe the origin trainer of the egg sets the location of the OTs game, even if it is different.

Pokemon from English Pearl with her OT:

https://www.pokecheck.org/?p=detail&uid=1604921 (Not sure why this one is missing some trashbytes, it was hatched on my retail copy)

https://www.pokecheck.org/?p=detail&uid=1604919

https://www.pokecheck.org/?p=detail&uid=1604932 (Also missing hatch trashbytes?)

https://www.pokecheck.org/?p=detail&uid=1604917 (Same as above.)

http://www.pokecheck.org/?p=detail&uid=1537738

Eggs that originated on my JP Diamond that hatched on English Pearl: Not a false positive, but displays wrong game for the OT, matching the origin game.

Flail Pikachu from same pokewalker course: https://www.pokecheck.org/?p=detail&uid=1949273

False positive(Negative maybe?). A RNG'd egg from W1 and then traded to W2 says is from a Wonder Card (WC #29: A Secret Egg!)

Edit:

5 new borns. Breed on W1 and then hatched on W2, all saying are from the WC #29: A Secret Egg!

Newly contributed Korean WCS Shiny Volcarona has not been updated yet.

My two eggs from Kanto Starter Egg event, Charmander (http://www.pokecheck.org/?p=detail&uid=2010271) and Bulbasaur (http://www.pokecheck.org/?p=detail&uid=2010273) is showed up as "Met location does not match wondercard". This Bulbasaur is hatched at Virbank City, while Charmander is hatched at Floccesy Town.

My other egg, Squirtle (http://www.pokecheck.org/?p=detail&uid=2010272), does not have any problem.

E: Korean WCS Shiny Volcarona was updated.

This pokemon is valid because when you trade an egg the game changes the OT, tid, sid and game (country not change)

This pokemon is hacks because the nature, gender or iv's speed is not same of the wonder card. You see this axew and compare with the others:

https://www.pokecheck.org/?p=detail&uid=3031363

note: this axew obtained in english edition and before hatch I traded into a black 2 spanish edition

In this link you can see it's the same (in this case is a squirtle egg event traded into white spanish version):

You're a rather poor script kiddie if you can't even figure legality out. The issue is that a NON-EVENT Axew egg is being incorrectly flagged as the event.

Mew is not a valid Entralink Pokémon.

False Positive:

Gen 5 format Safari Zone pokemon show up as being in a hacked ball http://www.pokecheck.org/?p=detail&uid=2847514 despite the location recognizing it as a Safari zone pokemon.

For comparison, here is the same Ditto in gen 4 format http://www.pokecheck.org/?p=detail&uid=2847510 (not sure if this helps any, but just in case)

On a related note, only Great Marsh pokemon seem to have a Safari Zone/Great Marsh encounter type (as seen here http://www.pokecheck.org/?p=detail&uid=2356967) whereas HG/SS Safari Zone pokemon are labeled as a Tall Grass encounter type, like the Ditto.

Got a false positive on my Kingdra

I'm not surprised that the IVs came up as likely hacked (I am so proud of these guy being able to fool a legality checker into thinking he's fake). However, I AM surprised about this:

Nickname Neptune\xFFFF\x0000\x0000\xFFFF

All characters in name are valid.

This Pokémon is missing DPPt hatch trash bytes.

The heck is going on here?

EDIT: Link to the legality check screenshot

What would cause a Pokemon to suddenly be missing its trash bytes, exactly? I know that I've been having some issues with transferring my Pokemon from Gen IV to Gen V (my Dialga spontaneously learned Spacial Rend during the transfer), so knowing if its a problem with my gen IV games or my gen V games would be nice =/
