transfering old pokemon problems

I modified my pokemons in diamond using pokesav to make all of their IVs 31. That was almost over 3 years. These pokemons have been able to fight in pokemon battle revolution wifi battle. I have now transfer them to my pokemon Black Rom. Everytime I try to do random matchup with these pokemons it says there was a problem with one of them.

These leads me to the following questions

1. Why where they able on battle revolution wifi battle and not in bw random matchup?

2. How did the filter of battle revolution wifi battles work?... did it checked PID?

3. How well did DP pokesav PID generator worked?

4. What ismy real problem?... How can I solve it?...
