I doesn't seem necessary anymore but I think it actually is because contributing pokemon is always good and benefits(?) others. I think having second eevee evolution contributions is fine. zigazav Posted June 19, 2011 Share Posted June 19, 2011 I think the US PGL's "play to befriend a pokemon" is partly random, it works like a gumball machine: it's randomly decided which pokemon you get after you play the game, but the more of one color you get in there, the more likely you'll get it. Also, to get an "eeveelution", you haveto beat ALL 4 LVLs! It's SO HARD! I only beat it once, and by hard, I mean lvl 4 is hard. By the time I get to lvl 4, I only have 1-2 balls left.
