It had a pre-set Naughty nature. It was in a Cherish Ball and had a Classic Ribbon, preventing it from being traded on the Global Trade Station. But today, PokemonGoldSilver.com announced the event itself with an extended date range. It also confirmed that this Pikachu will be distributed at Puerto Rican and Canadian TRUs, as well.
