Don't I remember that if you trade this Diancie into ORAS (not sure about the other Diancie events though), you're able to get the Diancite for it?

any event diancie would do.

It appears that even PokéBanked Diancies can set off the event that gives you the Diancite.

"Pokebanked" diancie?

The Diancie doesn't need to be traded.

All you need is the Diancie with fateful encounter, in your party.

There are also Diancie events in ORAS after all.
"trading" isn't a requirement.

Yeah. Apparently Diancies can pass through PokéBank for some reason >_<

Even the JP Shiny Diancie should set off the Diancite event.

Diancie can pass through Pokemon Bank, because it's a released event.
(it ain't some illegal Pokemon)

They don't care about which language the Diancie is.

As long as it's a Diancie with the Fateful Encounter, it would trigger the cutscene.

Exactly. That's what I meant...

Wasn't there two wondercard variants of this event, one that doesn't force 3 IVs of 31?

Why I'm bringing it up is because I noticed PKHeX marks my Diancie as illegal due to not having 3 31 IVs, yet I know it's legit because I received the wondercard myself from the GameStop code in 2014. Viewing the original wondercard data in my X it shows it indeed does not force 3 31 IVs, but this one shows that it does.

@Sabresite I remember this being a thing, and they quickly replaced the wonder card on server, supposedly.

(hence why both wonder cards are available for download in this page.)

Initial entries of No IVs was contributed by Krskull and 8492, and 3 IVs one contributed by Wanderer1391

Sure.

The more I thought about it, I definitely remember someone mentioning it back then that there were two variants. I guess it slipped most people's mind that it existed.

@theSLAYER I somehow must've missed seeing the wc6 was also uploaded on this page.

Though the PKHeX legality issue is still there, so I suppose I'll need to make a bug report. @Kaphotics

@Deoxyz I figured you missed it or something, but in any case, I'm also validating your claim.

@Sabresite for the post above, I've added links to the user names, that goes to the post that they've made the contribution.

Probably pkhex thinks it is a dupe.

No, PKHeX doesn't do any 3IV collision detection as there's only 2 instances of this happening:

When the internal event binary is built, the 3IV is included first, and the No IV is included second; Directory.GetFiles doesn't return stuff in a defined order.

I've updated PKHeX's behavior so that it plays favorites with the worse of the two cards.

@Deoxyz and @theSLAYER, I am being told it might have been only X, or only Y.  So even though the cards have both games flagged, the servers only served a specific card to a specific game, and half were broken.  I wonder if there is a way to prove this.
