The Nintendo 64's Pokémon Stadium series had a very unique take on the Pokémon's cries that made them sound a lot more distinct, and even somewhat real. Sadly, those sounds never made it past Stadium 2, as Colosseum went back to the old 8-bit sound bits of the Game Boy, and after that, the main series took a different direction remastering those sounds.
