The event was available for players from February 27 to March 27, 2022. Like in the original Diamond and Pearl, the Oak's Letter allows players to unlock the Shaymin quest, after completing the Sinnoh Pokédex.

As of LGPE, wonder cards are no longer stored in saves. As such, players will not be able to inject this wonder card into their save using PKHeX, for the purposes of redeeming it in-game.
