About This File

This gift was given to players that visited any of the Pokémon Centers in Japan during their birthday month.

It should be noted that regardless of the player's game save language, this Chansey will be received as "JPN" (will have "JPN" language tag on non-Japanese languages).
However, the nickname is set to default to the player's game save language.
(so for example, if you're playing on English, you'll get "Chansey" as the name, and it'll bear the JPN language tag, as seen in the screenshots section)

This however causes issues if you're playing on Korean: the Chansey will have "??" as the name (even though the data of the file shows it was assigned the correct name).
It appears to be a glitch caused by the game: Any Pokémon will JPN language tag cannot have a Korean name, as seen in the screenshots)
This can occur naturally, by simply trading a JPN caught Pokémon to a KOR game and evolving it there.

I initially intended to use it in gen 8 ( assuming there will be  z crystals and we'll be able to  transfer pokemon from lets go to gen 8 )

what does it mean when it says "cards per save only one allowed" or "multiples allowed" like for mew?

can we only have 1 of these Chanseys on our game at a time?

You can only redeem the wondercard once, just like previous generations.
For Mew, if you buy more PokeBall Pluses then you can get more Mew.

Yeah, it's referring to the redemption process, as explained by Sabresite.

This limit on redemption has been around since.. Gen 3 I think (to an extent, such as Wishmkr Jirachi).
I've used the text you highlighted more prominently in Gen 6 and Gen 7 entries.

Remember, the limit is to how many wonder cards of the that wonder card ID one can receive,
not how many of this Pokemon you can have. It'll be stupid if they limit it via trades XD
