why can't I trade it with my friend? I only modify the nature and IVs.

Maybe servers are presently blocking it.

just delete  bounce and change the receive date to today, it can be traded. I guess it is all about bounce. Not sure.

except bounce is a relearn move.
one can't normally delete relearn moves in game.
so that will definitely make it not legal.

Can I teach it 3 TMs then forget it.. I guess it is same thing.

Relearn moves don't get removed from the relearn slot.
 

Just wait for Nintendo to update their servers.

oh I mean I keep the bounce in the relearn slot. you just need to forget the skill in game, i guess.
