  1. WC7: Unreleased Testing Marshadow

On September 07th, 2017, around 09:12 GMT, a Marshadow test card was uploaded for testing, and quickly removed.
As per previous tests, it was likely to test if the the Serial Codes they have on hand can retrieve the card from the correct Wonder Card ID slot.

As per similar style as the recent Charizard combination cards, this card is fused with Ilex's Celebi event.
Here's the few things that is wrong/notable about this card:
    1. For one of the Marshadow, it instead uses English Silvally's Wonder card ID.
    2. Despite using English Silvally's Wonder Card ID, most of its details is from the Japanese Ilex's Celebi event.
    3. Despite using Japanese Ilex's Celebi's details, it uses the English OT Ilex, as opposed to the original Japanese OT.

Editior's note: apparently, even the testing staff is excited for Marshadow!

  2. WC7: Test Cards for Ash's Pikachu

Various Ash's Pikachus have appeared online, as per any other tests.
Additionally, there were a few instances that the same card was uploaded multiple times.
This page will host only unique variations. (exact duplicates of the same card will not be uploaded)

However, it is important to note that every one of these Pikachu have some detail that is different from the official release,
such as Incorrect WC ID and TID/SID combo, or using Charizard as a base.
As a result, none of these wonder cards are legal.

It appears only the English cards were tested.

  6. PK4: Unobtainable Roaming Darkrai

Programmed into Pokemon Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, is a script for Darkrai to be encountered as a roaming Pokemon, but the script went unused.
It is now speculated that perhaps Darkrai was supposed to be roaming, like it's counterpart Cresselia, before it attained Mythical status and became an event-only encounter.

Thanks to @Aurum for discovering and providing the file.

    Video of this, seen below:

  8. PK2: Unobtainable Trainer House Carrie's Pokemon

In Pokemon Gold, Silver and Crystal (and later in Pokemon HeartGold and SoulSilver),
there is a location called the Trainer House.
The Trainer House allows you to battle the trainer in it once a day.
The trainer will normally be the trainer that you last used Mystery Gift with,
however if you never used that feature before, the trainer you get to battle is Cal.

Carrie is a young trainer that frequently visits Goldenrod Department Store,
and when encountered in Pokemon Stadium 2, she can use the Mystery Gift feature with the player,
and will appear in the Trainer House in Viridian for the player to challenge.

This page holds the 3 teams that she can use.

The trainer will normally be the trainer that you last used Mystery Gift with,

Cal's Pokemon are the final stages of the Johto Starters.
It was discovered in the games programming (gen 2) that there are 2 unused teams,
which features the 1st and 2nd stages of the Johto Starters, but it is not known how to trigger these battle legitimately.

This page hold all 3 of the sets mentioned before, from Gen 2.

  11. PK2: Unobtainable Egg Moves Pokemon

Programmed into Pokemon Gold & Silver, are 3 Pokemon that have Eggs moves, that are normally inaccessible to them.
Back in Generation 2, Egg Mechanics dictates that Pokemon can only learn moves from their fathers.
Below is the breakdown of the Pokemon that have inaccessible egg moves.

    Pokemon Moves Explanation Oddish
      Charm
No Pokemon in the Grass Egg Group can legitimately learn Charm,
hence no legitimate father to pass down the move. Smoochum
      Lovely Kiss
Only Pokemon in the Human-Like Egg Group that learns Lovely Kiss is Jynx (100% Female Pokemon),
hence no legitimate father to pass down the move. Staryu

      Aurora Beam
    Attract
    Barrier
Supersonic Being Genderless species, it can only breed with Ditto (which normally only knows Transform),
hence no legitimate father to pass down the moves.

    Snorlax
      Charm
No Pokemon in the Monster Egg Group can legitimately learn Charm,
hence no legitimate father to pass down the move. Bulbasaur
      Charm
No Pokemon in the Grass or Monster Egg Groups can legitimately learn Charm,
hence no legitimate father to pass down the move.
These impossible moves would later be removed from Pokemon Crystal.

These are all obtained by getting Ditto to learn the move, then to pass it down, all thanks to @jojo12100.

  13. WC7: Unreleased Proto Troll Marshadow

On August 5th, 2017, around 01:37 GMT, a Marshadow test card was uploaded for testing, and quickly removed.
As per previous tests, it was likely to test if the the Serial Codes they have on hand can retrieve the card from the correct Wonder Card ID slot.
(Meaning, they're likely reserving this wonder card ID for international releases of Marshadow)

The data is identical to the upcoming Red Hot Charizard (it's used as a base, for the dummy test)

  15. WC6 - Speculated Pokemon Bank Debugging Pokemon

Analysis of the Pokemon Bank gift format shows that it holds WC6FULL files, and can hold up to 6 of them.

The remaining 3, while having it's species dummied out, actually holds data:

What's interesting with the information above is:
    1. OT is Satoshi (ASH)
    2. All Distribution titles (including for the Regi's) is "Zekrom Present"
    3. Fusion Bolt and Haze, are both moves associated with Zekrom (or more specifically, Ash's Zekrom)
    4. The inclusion of Light of Ruin and Fairy Gem

Speculating on what the leftover data means:
The data suggests that Ash's Zekrom was initially used for testing,
but the changing of the first move to Eternal Flower Floette's signature move and the inclusion of the Fairy Gem,
hints that Eternal Flower Floette could have been the second round of testing, before getting the Species and Forme data wiped out.

As such, I'm also attaching a modified wonder card to showcase the Eternal Flower Floette.
This Pokemon was first seen as a sketch in AZ's flashback, and later seen as a 3D model after that battle with Pokemon Trainer AZ.
Since then, it was discovered to be a Pokemon with fully programmed data, however was never released to players.
Besides Pokemon X&Y, the data for this Pokemon exists in Pokemon Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire and also Pokemon Sun & Moon.

Additionally, I also attached a slightly recreated Ash's Zekrom; an re-imagining of the first debugger gift format.

  16. WC6: Beta Helen Volcanion

This file was hosted on Mystery Gift Servers of Pokemon Omega Ruby, however was ultimately not released for download.
It is speculated that the purpose of this wonder card was simply to test if the serial code service is functioning properly,
as hinted by it's internal name.

This card was uploaded twice on two different occasions, with 2 different internal names.
Both contain the exact same data.

While the distribution title and text is in Japanese, it oddly has the English OT name of Helen.

This Volcanion would be nearly indistinguishable from the Volcanion given out using the used Helen Volcanion wondercard,
provided it was collected on the 3DS of the correct region.

  22. PK7: Demo - Totems and other unobtainable Pokemon

Throughout the gameplay of the Pokemon Sun & Moon - Demo Version,
there have been many encounters with Pokemon that cannot be captured or transferred,
due to various reasons set up by the developers by various story elements.

As these Pokemon are uncatchables, they were obtained by extraction from RAM dumps.
(For Kukui's Pikachu, it's obtained by having it "transferred to nature" which actually goes to PC, then extracted using PKHeX)

This page features the following Pokemon Sets:
Kukui's Trial: VS Totem Hakamo-o Ash's Greninja Pikachu Loaned from Professor Kukui Various Wild Encounters
      In case it isn't obvious,
NONE OF THESE ARE LEGAL POKEMON.

So happy this is finally live! Hope it sets a precedent for projects in the future. Feels like all this work finally paid off.

You cannot say your G2 VC Pokémon are legit if you transferred them to SM before the Bank being updated. You might call it "Mostly legal" or something along the lines, but they're not legit. I went and partially checked your save anyway, and this is what I found: Several of these seemingly-gen 2 Pokémon have moves that they were able to learn only in gen 1, and therefore are flagged as illegal. I'm not sure if the Time Capsule feature works on the VC games so anyone is free to correct me on that, but still, we have no confirmation of a VC Crystal release in the future. You should check your sources, because just like many people who try to share their living Dexes, you have some region-locked event Pokémon received in a console you shouldn't be able to. Though, from what I saw, in your case it's just some of the Ash cap Pikachus (from Sinnoh to Alola). And there's this other thing. Look at this:

Two fused Kyurems (which is impossible to begin with) and no Reshiram nor Zekrom on the "Fused" tab.
Due to that, the in-game DNA Splicers item variant is the first one, hence the one that fuses them, and therefore, it still lets me fuse even another Kyurem, as you can see on this SS taken from your save:  *On a side note the Ditto in the first screenshot is a shiny Hidden Grotto Pokémon, which is impossible to legitimately obtain. And last (and I guess less important), there are actually some cloned Pokémon. Your whole team, consisting of Decidueye, Greninja, Toucannon, Solgaleo, Alolan Muk, and Mudsdale, are the same individuals of said species in your boxes.

This program is really helpful but there is 1 request that I would highly appreciate. Can you bring back the ability to generate Action Replay Codes like what Pokegen can do? I would do it the way everyone else does but due to my 3DS not having anything like JK Save Manager and it being too complicated to get custom firmware due to updates from Nintendo, I'm forced to have to use PokeGen to put the Pokemon I want in Pokemon White and then transfer over to Pokemon Bank. As for Gen 6 and 7, well with those I have to use Powersaves which is abit longer but I can put up with it. If you could add in Action Replay Code outputs, that's be great.

    • I've replaced this entry with the correct one.
    • I'm sorry but that's a Citra problem, so I won't be able to help there. Additionally, it would be remotely insane for anyone to keep making save files per story checkpoint when it crashes.   I recommend buying a first hand or second hand 2DS. Those come rather cheap now.
    • my character freezes when Rhyhorn goes up to the player the game is still running i can see my character moving its eyes but nothing will move except the eyes please help me
    • It seems you uploaded the full file. It contains pk3 files as well as the savefiles I extracted the pk3 from (they are the same savefile, modified so the block 0 checksum matches the shiny seed). There's also the savegame without Jirachi but with the seed already modified in case anyone wants to get the jirachi themselve's on that save for some reason. The file "Pokemon - Sapphire Version (U) (V1.1) - 0000.sav" is just a test file with seed 0x0000 since it was easier to manually edit the other seeds from this one. The savefile originates from my spanish sapphire playtrough, everything in there is legal besides a non-japanese gen 3 mew (which should already be obviously illegal in any case) and technically legal not received phisically at the event, Lugia and Ho-Oh from navel rock.
