  1. WC7: Beta 12 Bottle Caps

This file was hosted on Mystery Gift Servers of Pokemon Sun and Moon, however was ultimately not released for download.
It is speculated that the purpose of this wonder card was simply to test if the serial code service is functioning properly.

Only the English version was uploaded for the testing.

  2. WC7: Unreleased Proto Charizard-Marshadow

On August 5th, 2017, around 01:37 GMT, a Marshadow test card was uploaded for testing, and quickly removed.
As per previous tests, it was likely to test if the the Serial Codes they have on hand can retrieve the card from the correct Wonder Card ID slot.
(Meaning, they're likely reserving this wonder card ID for international releases of Marshadow)

The data is identical to the upcoming Red Hot Charizard (it's used as a base, for the dummy test)

  4. WC7: Unreleased Proto No Guard Lycanroc

On March 12th, 2017, a testing wonder card for Lycanroc (for the US Serial code) was first uploaded to the Mystery Gift servers,
and was removed as quickly as it came.

On April 9th, 2017, an image popped up, showing the US version of a Code card. (also in screenshot section above).

EU event starts on May 05, and US event starts on May 15 (uploaded early on May 13).
The actual Event differs from this Early testing card, only by Trainer ID.

  5. WC7: Unreleased Testing Marshadow

On September 07th, 2017, around 09:12 GMT, a Marshadow test card was uploaded for testing, and quickly removed.
As per previous tests, it was likely to test if the the Serial Codes they have on hand can retrieve the card from the correct Wonder Card ID slot.

As per similar style as the recent Charizard combination cards, this card is fused with Ilex's Celebi event.
Here's the few things that is wrong/notable about this card:
    1. For one of the Marshadow, it instead uses English Silvally's Wonder card ID.
    2. Despite using English Silvally's Wonder Card ID, most of its details is from the Japanese Ilex's Celebi event.
    3. Despite using Japanese Ilex's Celebi's details, it uses the English OT Ilex, as opposed to the original Japanese OT.

Editior's note: apparently, even the testing staff is excited for Marshadow!

  6. PK3: Unreleased MYSTRY Mew and Hall of Fame entries

This gift was distributed in Toys "R" Us stores across the United States, distributed to commemorate the release of M08: Lucario and the Mystery of Mew.
It has been determined that 430 MYSTRY MEWs existed, though only 426 was used, and 4 were not available.
This extra 4 was created due to how the distribution procedure (when transferring to the save used by TRU) has to create 5 Mew at a time.
However, as the save maxed out on capacity, 4 MEWs, and 1 starter, was traded away.
This page holds the 4 MYSTRY MEW that were unavailable to players.

Additionally, besides the standard in-game trade Farfetch'd, every Pokémon found in the Hall of Fame of the MYSTRY Mew save has been dutifully recreated and added to here.
Recreation is based on PID, which can be used to infer the Pokémon's Nature, IVs, and even encounter slot.
Based on the data, besides Blastoise, based on encounter slot data derived from their PID,
it appears that the level shown in the Hall of Fame entries is the level they were caught at, meaning they weren't even leveled up.
Their likely use, was to be placeholder fodder, to take the brunt of attacks, while the player revives their Blastoise.

  7. ECT: Debug Pokemon Ruby Version - Debug E-reader Trainer

Out there in the wild, exists a German Language Debugger's/Developer's Edition of Pokemon Ruby Version,
which contains many debugging tools, including Mystery Event distribution subroutines.
Working on the data first documented by The Cutting Room Floor and GlitchCity Forums,
the E-card Trainer was finally extracted by @jojo12100 using @suloku's tool.

There are e-Reader cards that allow you to challenge trainers in the old man's house in Mossdeep City,
and the trainer can be swapped out by scanning a different card.

This card data contains a trainer that is a Pokemon Ranger, with his name being "Card E" (Japanese: カードいイー),
and rather peculiarly have the names of his Pokemon being in English ("TOURNAMENT").
Note: Japanese games are hard coded to only display up to 5 Characters for Trainer and Pokemon Names,
even if the Pokemon has a longer name, as seen in the comparison below.

It's possible that this e-Card was originally Japanese in a earlier revision of the debug rom,
which was likely based on a japanese debug rom, before it was adapted for localization.
The nicknames of the Pokemon was likely changed during localization.

[We will not distribute the Debug Ruby Rom, and it is against our rules to ask for it]

  8. PK6: Unobtainable Shiny Cosplay Pikachu

In Pokemon Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire, players will receive a Cosplay Pikachu, after taking part in a Pokemon Contest Spectacular.
The Cosplay Pikachu comes with it's Hidden Ability Lightning Rod, and an exclusive move that changes with the costume.
Cosplay Pikachu normally cannot be obtained shiny in-game.

Through the power of hacking, theSLAYER obtained a few Cosplay Pikachu that are different from normal.
    1. Shininess + Hidden Ability (Lightning Rod)
    2. Shininess + Ability Slot 1 (Static)
[these were obtained by changing TID/SID of the Pokemon, to make it shiny. Also, ability changed for non-HA versions]

It's normally impossible to obtain more than one Cosplay Pikachu, and like Spiky-Eared Pikachu,
it cannot be traded (or deposited into Pokemon Bank), and cannot be transferred to future generations.

Pokémon Sun & Moon introduced a variant Pikachu that wear's Ash's Hat (Cap Pikachu) AND
Let's Go Pikachu introduced a variant that is your buddy (Partner Pikachu),
and it's interesting to note they removed shiny coloration for the alternate model that fills the shiny slot,
meaning that Cosplay Pikachu may be the last Pikachu Variant that have Shiny Models, even when shiny locked.

  9. PK3: XD Purification Demo Shadow Loudred

Back in the day there was a strange post in the glitchcity forum, claiming that a unobtainable Shadow Loudred briefly appears during the purification demo.
It took us a year but we finally got in our hands. Other shadow entries (presumably from the same Purification Demo) has also been included.

  10. PK1: The "Hooked" Series

In Pokémon Red & Blue, a strange glitch was discovered by the GlitchCity old forums. (Less loud and more readable version here)
According to the report, it appears that after performing a variant of having the Safari Step counter time out when the boy in Pewter City take the first steps to bring you the the museum, talking to the boy again afterwards will result in a "hooked" Dragonite appearing, before freezing your game.
Jojo12100 was able to dump its info and replicate it, much like the process done for the Gen 1 Ghost Marowak.
Do note that in the data, it's level is 0. (PKHeX views any species with 0 EXP as Lv 1)
Besides Dragonite, other possible "hooked" encounters includes Metapod and Missingno. Those encounter are triggered by different conditions.
This page has an explanation of how Hooked Pokémon glitches work.

  11. PK4: Japanese Debug Pokémon Diamond Pokémon

In June 2019, a Japanese copy of a Debugging variant of Pokémon Diamond Version was found and subsequently dumped.

When pressing down Select on the start screen, a debug menu appears. If the player opts to proceed with the debug start, instead of the standard way to start a fresh game,
the player will end up having 3 Pokémon in their party, namely: Infernape, Piplup and Finneon, all at Level 99.

It appears that it may be possible to shiny hunt these entries.
Special thanks to the @TheShadyRelapse for the speedy retrieval of these Pokémon.

As usual, these files would be illegal and should not be transferred. Use at your own risk.

  12. PK3/WC3: Unreleased Altering Cave Pokémon

In Pokémon FireRed, LeafGreen & Emerald, lies a cave named the Altering Cave.
At first glance, all it has are wild Zubat, which makes me people ask "why the heck does this cave even exist to begin with".
As it turns out, there is more to this cave than it meets the eye.
This cave was programmed to make use of special Mystery Gifts, that would allow the wild Pokémon species that appears to be altered.
Sadly, this game feature never had an event to make use of it.

Following it's initial release in Pokémon FireRed & LeafGreen, all the Pokémon that could have been caught from here,
could also be encountered in the extended Safari Zone of Pokémon Emerald.
(with the exception of Smeargle: it can be caught in Artisan cave in Battle Frontier)
Despite these Pokémon all being available in Pokémon Emerald, it's not known why this cave was also included for it.
This page hosts the Pokémon that can be encountered in an altered Altering Cave, as well as other means to get them to appear.

    New update!
This page also holds a custom wonder card, that can be used to cycle through the encounters of Altering Cave, whenever you talk to the deliveryman!
Take note: if you toss/remove the wonder card, the encounters in Altering Cave will be stuck at the last species encountered.
Also note: FireRed/LeafGreen & Emerald have their own wonder cards. FRLG cannot use Emerald wonder card and vice versa.

The encounters that get cycled are (and it wraps back to the start):
Zubat, Mareep, Pineco, Houndour, Teddiursa, Aipom, Shuckle, Stantler, Smeargle.
    International
    Wonder Card
    (ENG FRE GER ITA SPA)
    Card is English language,
    but works on the
    languages listed.
    Japanese
Wonder Card (Hint: You'll need the WC3TOOL to inject wonder cards into your save.)

    Also, PKHeX usage:
Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen: Event constant 36
    Pokémon Emerald: Event constant 62

Cycling through 0 to 8 in the above given event constant, results in the rotation of the species that appears.

    Also, for cheat code usage:

which contains many debugging tools, including Mystery Event distribution subroutines.

which is notably different from the standard one players get from an official distribution.

After using the event item Member Card, players gain access to the defunct Harbor Inn in Canalave City,
falls asleep enters a "dream state", dreaming of an encounter with Darkrai at Newmoon Island.
Darkrai can be captured in the "dream". If defeated or fled from, it can be rebattled again in the actual location.

Member Card, was never released for Pokemon Diamond and Pearl.
(Pokemon Platinum Version was lucky enough to get the event)
The Darkrai encountered in Pokemon Diamond & Pearl will not be considered a fateful encounter.
(only Shaymin in Platinum gets the Fateful Encounter flag)

This page contains the Darkrai that would have been encountered there, achieved by some form of cheating:

  25. PK7: USUM - Totems and other unobtainable Pokemon

Throughout Pokemon Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon, there have been many encounters with Pokemon that cannot be captured,
due to various reasons set up by the developers by various story elements.

As these Pokemon are uncatchables, they were obtained by extraction from RAM dumps.

*Warning, contains possible plot spoiler. If you've yet to complete the game, leave this page*
This page features the following Pokemon Sets:
Note: Trials also contain relevant uncatchables wild, SOS and trainers.
Illima's Trial: VS Totem GumshoosUS Illima's Trial: VS Totem RaticateUM Lana's Trial: VS Totem Araquanid Kiawe's Trial: VS Totem Marowak Mallow's Trial: VS Totem Lurantis Sophocles's Trial: VS Totem Togedemaru Acerola's Trial: VS Totem Mimikyu Mina's Trial: VS Totem Ribombee 1st Trial Rematch: VS Totem GumshoosUS 1st Trial Rematch: VS Totem RaticateUM Aether Paradise Nihilego Dawn Wings and Ultra Necrozma Poke Pelago Pokemon (the ones available when at Melemele, but no access to em) Team Rainbow Rocket (the Legends) Forced Encounters (YungoosUS / RattataUM and Spearow during Nebby) Mega Pack (contains all of the above)
      In case it isn't obvious,
NONE OF THESE ARE LEGAL POKEMON.
Huge huge thanks to @Ruby Genseki for taking the time and effort for practically all these files!
    Also to @jojo12100!
