IMPORTANT:

The recommended way to obtain Eon Ticket in Emerald should be record mixing from R/S or a japanese emerald (jap R/S can't record mix with non-jap emerald).

This custom wondercard will enable the in-game EON ticket event present in Pokmon Emerald. This event was only held in Japan, via Mistery Event (gba link cable).

As summary using this wondercard shouldyieldthe same results as record mixing, except that you are not record mixing, so if you never record mixed you could tell due to lacking any sort of record mixing data in the savegame that the Eon ticket wasn't obtained the standard way.

You won't be able to share the Eon Ticket via Mix Records (this was only possible in the Japanese Emerald to begin with), so using this wondercard yields the same effect as mixing records with a Ruby/Sapphire game, but you get to see the (brief) in-game event that was coded for it.

-----------
How to use:
-----------
 - Inject (or receive via wireless sharing) the wondercard.
 - Talk to the man in blue (Pokmon center 2nd floor). You will see a picture of the lati you are missing.
 - Talk again to the man in blue to receive Eon ticket.
 - Toss the wondercard if you don't want it anymore (at this point everything should be as if you mixed records).

Note: the event will not work if you have the Eon ticket in your inventory or the Eon ticket flag has been enabled (this is a different flag from the one wondercard triggers)

-----------------------------------
How it works (for those interested)
-----------------------------------
 - The first time you talk to the man in blue, the wondercard script is executed, which shows the picture of the lati in southern island and enables the flag for the in-game Eon ticket event.
 - The in-game event is also done by the man in blue, and it takes priority over any wondercard received, so when you talk to him again the game realizes you have the Eon Ticket flag enabled, so runs the event giving you the item and enabling the flag for the actual event.
 - The game clears by itself the

note: if you want to make sure the flag for the in-game event (the first one, which should never be enabled in any non-JAP savegame if you are worried about legality) is disabled, talk again to the man in blue after receiven the Eon ticket: the wondercard is made so it deliberately clears the flag if you already have the Eon ticket, the flag for the actual event is enabled or you have already battled the lati in southern island.
