ppre PPRE Skiploom & Jumpluff moveset bug

Hi, I've recently been using PPRE to change up a heartgold rom. I've been making a lot of changes, including to some pokemon. Weirdly enough skiploom and jumpluff learn moves I did not put in the movesets at all. I noticed this first when during one test, a trainer in kanto had skiploom and jumpluff that knew dragon rage. Now I'm using hoppip in another test and when it evolved at level 18, skiploom wanted to learn stone edge 3 times and captivate once. None of these moves are in its moveset and I don't get why this happened. Skiploom doesn't even learn moves at level 18. Can anyone explain why this might happen?

anyone got PPRE 2.2.0 (or if there's anything newer) link? ProjectPokemon lost the link I think. if not, any recommendations for Gen 4 pokemon editor, preferably narc editing

Right now I am editing Pokemon Platinum, and have started changing what wild pokemon appear in the game. I have however noticed that whenever I enter the cycling road (Route 206), the game freezes and I have to reload. This happens even if I revert all the changes I have made. Does anyone know a method to fix this? I saw that some other people had the same problem and were able to fix it, but did not post what they did to do so. I also saw that they found the same issue in Mt. Coronet and Spear Pillar, so if anyone knows how to fix those too that would be great. Thanks for your help. -
I've been trying to make a mod of Pokemon Platinum (US) and thought I would use the PPRE 2.2.0 editor to make changes. However, when I try to save the project it only creates .pprj-files, and when I try to choose Export ROM, nothing happens. Creating a patch doesn't work either. So what do I have to do to save it as a new ROM (.nds) file? Thanks for your help.

This thread is for general help with PPRE Scripts. Do not ask for additions to be made to PPRE. We know that PPRE's script compiler has many flaws, so try and bear with us. You can read about the other PPRE business here: http://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?303-PPRE-Project-Pokemon-s-ROM-Editor. If you need help for a thread, try and do some of it on your own. This is not a script request thread.

After downloading and setting up the latest PPRE release, I created a new project (entering full pathnames when the program called for them). Even though I chose a base ROM and specified a different name for the hacked version, PPRE gave me a "No ROM loaded" error message whenever I clicked on the editor tabs. What might I have done wrong? I've installed Python 3 and GitHub for Windows; and I've downloaded/run setup.bat. If I overlooked some other files or steps, please let me know what to do. Many thanks! ppre.exe..txt

Edit: Okay, so I found out how to replace the trainer battle sprites, but now I'm looking for the .narc file for the VS Art and Overworld sprites. If anybody can help me, I'd appreciate it.
