Does PKHEX/tools required work anymore?

Hello everyone, I'm new to the whole DS thing and only ever used emulators and PokeGen that way. I was wondering if PKHEX still works on the New 3DS XL running firmware 11.0, I know the program itself runs on the computer but I'm wondering do the other tools required work? - homebrew/save editors (and whatever else, I dunno them all)

There are primary entry points for 11.0, except none are 'free'.

There's also secondary exploits which can be installed after you run a primary.

I see on the AppStore that there's apps to create QR codes to create Pokemon and scan it to your DS. Do you have any reccomendations for these, or should I avoid them?

Avoid them, they don't work on the latest firmware plus PKHeX did that first.

Nor will there ever be - Google have clamped down on app policy, I have been unable to update my own Android editor with even minor bug fixes and expect any new apps to be restricted similarly.

I recommend PKHex, computer based tools and obtaining a 3DS with earlier firmware.

Do note that a new browserhax was released, supporting 11.0. Be sure to set up the new menuhax a browserhax can be shut down with a firmware update

there is one app called AO Creator that has it's own homebrew app that goes along with it and it should work.

I am currently running Homebrew (which I just installed on my old 3DS and new 3DS) with version 11.0.0-33u. Since you said to update to them, I assume there will be no drawbacks as far as limits using PKHeX goes?
