Marking no-egg type pokemon as "hatched from egg"

I've this idea stuck in my head to play through Platinum with a team of legendary pokemon, but I'm worried that I'd somehow crash the game by marking them as hatched from eggs. Does my fear have merit? These are the pokemon I'm thinking of:

Mewtwo

Lugia

Ho-oh

Celebi

Rayquaza

Jirachi

Deoxys

Azelf

Dialga

Palkia

Heatran

Darkrai

Shaymin

Giratina

Am I going to run into problems during my legendary pokes playthrough if I claim any of the above pokemon hatched from an egg?

I doubt you will have any problems, I did something similar in diamond and nothing bad happened, so you should be fine.
