  1. thought so but i hadn’t seen anything going around about it and didn’t remember how soon after the spooky cup thing mimikyu got distributed. i’ll keep looking out tho. thanks!
  2. do we have tm locations yet? (specifically im looking for thunder wave) also, i have a pk7 of a legit shiny poipole if anyone wants :^)
  3. understood, thanks for your help figuring this out! i'm mostly making this post in case anyone has this problem in the future and googles it; i was able to get pkx to read a .pkm created by pikasav (check gbatemp). i used gb cart flasher to export the .sav, opened the sav in pkhex and exported it, opened that sav in visual boy advance and exported the battery file. from there, i opened the .sav that vba gave me in pikasav, went to the party editor and was able to export a 71kb .pkm of my quilava that pkx is able to read/convert. i'll upload the unconverted quilava file so anyone who wants to try it can just to double check but i'm transferring it to moon as i'm typing this, i'll edit this post to update :~) quilava.pkm
  4. i've tried exporting it a bunch of times, in 8kb, 16kb and 32kb. all of them give me a readable .sav file, pkhex just doesn't export a .pk2 that pkx reads. i tried using a .sav of twitchplayspokemon crystal and loading the quilava in there to export but pkx still doesn't read it and gives me the 55/71 bits error :~( gonna try using another older version of pkhex to export it...
  5. pretty self explanatory - backed up my crystal cartridge with j rodrigo's cart flasher and exported a pk2 of my quilava. when i try to convert it using the online pkx, it tells me "Error: file length must be 55 or 71 bits" and so i check my file, and i see that it's 73 bits - not sure why it's coming out 2 bits too big for pkhex and other things to read it. it's shiny, but i can't really see that having any effect on the file size. when i try to use the downloadable pkx delta app it just doesn't give me any response to the file, and acts like i haven't tried to load anything. i've also tried with a shiny rattata, shiny igglybuff, and a handful of non shiny mons, all giving the same result. i also tried different versions of pkhex to import + export, same result. can anybody help me out? i'd really appreciate if someone could tell me if i exported my crystal save wrong, maybe some setting is incorrect? i'm attaching my save file, and both the quilava and the igglybuff pk2 files. thanks! 156 ★ - QUILAVA - 9BF0.pk2 174 ★ - IGGLYBUFF - 4A10.pk2 crystal 7292017.sav
  6. wassup yall. basically, i caught spiritomb forever ago when i first played through oras. i wanted to uncheck the event flag tosoft reset for shiny spiritomb, but when i look through pkhex's event flag editor, there isn't one for spiritomb. is there any way i can make it so i can catch the sea mauville spiritomb again? thanks.
  7. yo! thx for the response. now, i could use a save from right at the beginning of the game for comparison purposes, right? would it necessarily have to be from my save file? and, comparing the flags, i understand, however xy dont have flags for the sycamore gift starters or the snorlax, nor does oras with the gift starters. these seem to be constants that are triggered by or depend on certain other aspects. further, in regards to constants - from the event flag editor, there is a "check flag status" where the Status is 0 and unchecked, constant is 0 and value is 0. is this where i can make changes to constants? and if so, is there a way to know what each status/constant/value is/would do? thanks :+)
  8. whats up yall. first post here. anyway, i'm tryna figure out if there's a way i can edit certain event flags/constants that don't immediately show up in the event flags editor. specifically, in xy i'm tryna make snorlax catchable again, and make it so sycamore hadn't given me the kanto starter, so i can soft reset for those shiny. same thing for the starters given to you by the professor in oras after beating the elite four - i beat the elite four enough times to get all of the starters i could get and now want to uncheck them so i can soft reset for those shiny as well. is this doable in pkhex, or maybe by some other means?? looking at my y save currently, trainer info has a dropdown with 0x000, pokemon captured, etc. and a value counter, could one of these values be the ones i'm looking for? i've tried to look around here and elsewhere online and didnt see much that was indicative to what i'm looking for so i really appreciate anybody that can point me in the right direction, or explain why this can't be done. thanks :*)
