For me, using the Internet one doesn't work. and the other ones are too complicated for me, because when I use the internet method the website doesn't work and it simply closes my browser and goes back to homescreen without the decryption options.

Because I always have trouble with the decrypting phase of these ROM hacks, Can somebody link me a direct download for Rutile Ruby please? Thanks if you can~

Is there a way to apply changes to the .3dz file itself instead of having to decrypted? If not is there a link for a tutorial in English?
