A sav file with all Pokemon (Legal) in Gen 5?

Thanks. It only has 6-8 pokemon on it, however... When I stopped looking for a sav file, and looked for the pokemon themselves, I was able to find all the pokemon in legit .pkm files. -
I'm looking for a save file with (almost) every pokemon (legal) in the pc boxes. Can someone help me with this? Or does it simply not exist?
