ok, the issue has been solved, you can delete or lock this thread or whatever

Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, but I don't know where else to turn to. I can't remember my username and password on the pokemon global link, and when I go to forgot password or forgot username and enter my email it'll either say "unable to find an account using the provided information" or that their are multiple accounts connected to that email. I can't remember my screen name or player id either and I keep getting locked out for 15 minutes. Please help, I don't know what to do.
