What if one person made the AR code and another person had a AR and could use the code then trade that pokemon to the person who wanted it? Would that work? Say,Gr8trainer made the code and someone else could trade the pokemon?

Hi, all, I have a Action replay problem, 'I have an Action Replay and Pokemon Soul Silver. When I first tried the AR, it said, "Unknown Game", so I add the game and now I can't find any cheats that will work with the game. The game code is ALXX-996540A0. I tried both USA and Japan codes, none seem to be working. What could be the problem?' I also know the Heart Gold and Soul Silver codes work with one another. I just can't pin point the problem.
