  1. ^ Datel released a firmware update, the codes work perfectly now. (The update is only for the ARDSi though, not the regular ARDS)
  2. Hello, is it possible to convert the "Box Pokémon Clone" code so that it will work on the Japanese versions of HeartGold and SoulSilver? If so, how? Thanks.
  3. They replied to my email: "Thank you for your recent enquiry we are able to confirm that your Action Replay will require a firmware update which we are hoping to release in the near future. Once the firmware update is made available it will be downloadable using the provided Code Manager PC software. Regards, Daniel Leese Technical Support"
  4. I emailed Datel US about a week ago and got the same response a lot of people got: I also emailed Datel UK today. Hopefully I'll get a response soon.
  5. Nope, it never works.I've now tried to write a ROM on 3 different computers - one with Windows XP, one with Windows Vista and one with Windows 7. I've also tried lots of different compatibility modes. Nothing worked. I guess I'll just have to start over and create a new ROM each time I save (and delete the tmp folder afterwards). I suppose it's not that bad.
  6. I edited a few maps and changed which wild Pokemon appear on them. I also edited about 10 trainers.
  7. I named my ROM "SoulSilver.nds", checked that ndstool.exe was in the folder (which it was), clicked "Write ROM" and left it for an hour, but it still hadn't written a new ROM. Nothing happened at all. Is it possible that I have this problem because I use Vista? Or can you think of anything else that might be the problem? Thanks in advance.
  8. I'm having a bit of a problem with writing ROMs. When I've finished editing the ROM, I type a different name to that of the original ROM in the textbox next to the "Write ROM" button, but when I click the button, nothing happens. Can anyone help me fix this? I'm using Vista, and I've already tried changing the compatibility mode to Windows XP.
