There is an incredibly small but finite possibility that a non-hatched Pokemon will end up with a PID that will allow for a legal, all 31 IV spread. Shress Posted April 21, 2009 Share Posted April 21, 2009 They can't argue against you, it's legit. There are some already known PIDs that generate perfect IVs, just different natures. I believe if the Nintendo guys notice that all large portion of your Pokemon's IVs are completely perfect, it's obviously skeptical.
