To celebrate the reopening of the Pokémon Center in Tohoku later this year, it has been confirmed that there will be a special distribution for the Pokémon Victini, one of the mascot Pokémon of the Pokémon Center. This Victini will be given at Pokémon Centers and Pokémon Stores across Japan from June 30th 2017 to September 3rd 2017. No further details on this Victini have been announced. Posted June 29, 2017 Share Posted June 29, 2017 I feel like a Shiny Victini would be appropriate for a day like Valentine's since it's white and kinda represents a dove especially with the V motif going on.
