From the period of Aug 09th to Aug 15th, 2017, if players were able to find the horde of walking Pikachu mascots in real life,
players close enough to them, would be able to receive the distributed Pikachu via Local Wireless.
Unlike the Carnival Parade Pikachu, this Pikachu has a ribbon, and can only be received on each game save once.
