What language? Just so you know, you can’t load Japanese mons into a non-Japanese save, and vice versa. 
 

Cross language support in the games (in that sense) weren’t even a thing until Gen 3, and even then it’ll be limited. It’ll only fully become a thing in Gen 5.

That sucks, I'm not sure why some ppl placed several japanese saves on here

Because you can play Japanese saves in Japanese games?

Pokemon exists in 6 languages in Gen 1..

English French German Italian Spanish Japanese.

Theres also Korean in Gen 2, and that has limited connectivity to the non-Japanese games.

So is there a location on here where I can get the English files for pokemon Blue in-game trades ?

My bad but This is the same file I extracted from, it didn't have any PK Blue in-game trades in English.

Are you sure? I see a “RB (INT)” in the folder.

If you check that folder it won't contain the Pk Blue Trades in English

That only matters if the trades between red and blue are different.

if they are, then you should take it up with the original uploader ><
