I keep getting Error code 52100 when using sendPKM

I just downloaded SendPKM yesterday and I have followed all the instructions and I still get the error code 52100 whenever I try to go into the GTS. I disabled my firewall, uninstalled my anti-virus, I also tried using a different computer. Still no luck.

If any of you guys could help i would REEEEEALLY appreciate it.

are you sure you downloaded python 2.6? are you sure you're entering the correct DNS settings and setting it so it doesn't auto connect to a DNS?
