The stiky-ear Pichu!

Hello! Im new here.
my nick's hiei, and i was looking for someone who can help me. my english's very bad (a friend is helping me to translate this), so i dont know where to find the answer to my question
i want so hard the stiky-ear pichu, and i dont know what to do. i tried to use a .pkm file i found there, but when i use this with pokesav i get a shiny pichu, not the stiky-ear one. what can i do?

i found the pcd files, but i dont know how to use them and so. whats their use?

i hope someone can help me

You must use the Shiny Pichu inorder to activate the Spiky Ear Pichu by going to the Ilex Forest with the Shiny Pichu in your first slot in you party.

You can use an Action Replay for the Spiky Ear Pichu Event.

The PGT and PCD files are for the Wonder Cards of the Events and you use them with Grovyle's Pokémon Mystery Gift Editor and the PKM files are for the Pokémon.

About this Action Replay... i have to use the pgt and pcd files to get this? Or how?
