GTS and pkm files

Now that we have the GTS exploit to transfer files to the game, has there been developed a way to go backwards? as in saving a pokemon from the game to a pkm file on a computer. This would really come in handy for me when starting a new game.

Could you at least point me to the program? All I can find is the Box Organizer, which seems to work only with emulators or flashcarts
