Looking for a SAV editor (GEN II obviously)

I did a search on the forum but nothing, I recall something like a sav editor long ago for the old games (GEN I and GEN II), I wonder if someone knows/has it, I want to emulate Pokemon Stadium 2 and I don't want to rely on those rental pokemon, can you help me find the editors if they are still around? Thanks.
