KPD's Pokémon Maker is a rip-off from Ciro's, really.
Searching "Pokémon Maker" gets you a link to Ciro's Pokémon Maker website.
Then, searching "Ciro's Pokémon Maker" gets it on the fourth link.

I was able to recover a working kdp file from an old flash drive.

I have the latest KPD avatar's PKM maker in both HTA and HTML format. Seems only outdated versions are available on the internet these days. If you're still intrested let me know.
