Hey, I saw the thread about the guy saying replacing

Figured it out, all you need to do is replace

B2110DC0 00000000

(That line)

With

62111880 00000000

B2111880 00000000

But I check my code

94000130 FCFF0000 B2111880 00000000 E0000544 000000EC 00000001 51CA0000 F0B5A478 11057E5D C67F8360 A087071D 6A8749B9 0A96FDB9 DC7F01B6 FACCF5FE 51BAE453 E7900605 39A447D7 DA1B540A C7849C2E 6C581139 CCDD11F3 84021518 6AB02CCF E3220D93 A94250B1 3CD59C54 EFB16AFB D252F558 038CCCE6 DC2BD2BE 1DBAB570 43D3D1E2 699B8693 715F8DAA 526C19B8 31900A1F 52EFE76E F811453F AC2141C6 1FB6D2EF B6A879E2 37B94AFA DE490C2D 92F95736 223B7937 2B1BA63E 7DBEC167 006E4E6B C32A2FD8 FD182D54 1445EF82 D793BB96 8BD4CE98 A85758D7 EC74D431 26D85409 68A98C29 C1B333EB D8372D49 062303D5 EEB0FDA5 0AB9A8B3 474E9945 00000000 D2000000 00000000

And B2110DC0 00000000 isn't there at all. This for my AR.

I just tried it out and it works perfectly fine for me >.> Admittedly all I've done is change my SID, but I don't see what difference it makes, the output should be the same for all codes. Have you deleted it and re-downloaded since you made this post?

The codes for the Japanese and English games are mostly different. The difference, however, is usually a single line.

PokeSAV .003a is working 100% fine for the US versions of the actual game (with Action Replay). Not sure if you're using a ROM or if you've bought the game, but my gf got an action replay under 24 hours ago and she's already started making pokemon and implimenting them into her game with practically no experience on how to use PokeSAV.

are you using a ROM?

is it jap, translated jap, or us?

Edit: If you're using a Nintendo DS to play the game, how about telling us your computer's operating system, and if it's a 32 or 64 bit. and what action replay you have. I might be able to help if you'r enot using a ROM - but I have zero experience using ROMs.

That's strange, you shouldn't be having any problems.. both me and my gf are using vista-64 bit and win7 ultimate-64 bit, and trust me it's one heck of a lot harder to set up AR code manager for a 64 bit system.

Is Action Replay Code Manager working correctly? If it is then try copying all codes from the Action Replay Cartridge to the Custom Codelist at th bottom right, then delete all the codes on the Action Replay.

Then start up the DS with the empty action replay, take out the AR, put in Pokemon SS and it should have the <Unknown> thing and have a short code at the bottomleft?

Let us know what that code is if you can.

--

and if you copy the codes from the subscriptions list at the top right of AR code manager, do those work in-game?

Also, the code that you said isn't working, did you find it online or did you make it with PokeSAV?

That's strange, because I changed my ID/secret ID using PokeSAV as soon as I got the game. Although I am having issues making pokemon using the stupid hex values. I made a flawed espeon which was met in 2004, at route 203, hometown johto - but I can't make anything legit because when I hold L + R the game just freezes (the music keeps playing just the game stops).

Is that the problem you're having? or does pressing L + R just have no effect at all?

I'll bump this thread because I am an ARDS noob and am having the same problems as Ghostface.

Here is what I am doing... (pokesav HGSS version windows ultimate 64. I do not use ROMs - actual game and ARDS)

1)Creating my poke in pokesav according to the many guides I have seen online

2)Telling pokesav to export AR code once I have finalized my created pokemon

3)Opening the XML file in internet explorer

4)Manually typing in the code that the internet XML file is showing me into the Heartgold file I made in my nintendo DS AR inside my DS (Man this takes for freaking ever please tell me I am not supposed to be manually typing in the entire code for each poke

5)Once I have finalized the long code I Check the box for the code I just typed in (ex. Raichu1)

6)Start the game

7)Press L+R and then /wristing myself when nothing happens (however, one time it said bad egg and the egg was in my party but would not hatch... yes I know I suck at AR =*(

Please any help ith this would be sooooooo awesome! What am I doing wrong?

Lastly, is there a AR code manager that should be on my computer? If so maybe that is what i am doing wrong?!

i just want to know how to get the pokesav save fine in my platinum rom

if you are using the original game cart or the retail cart i'm afraid that will be hard for me.

anyway, if your using flashcarts like R4, M3, CycloDS or etc. all you have to do is.

-remove your micro SD from the flashcart and put it in the USB for the micro SD(if you don't have the USB i'm talking about, buy one)

-click pokesav platinum and once pokesav opens, select OPEN

-find your .sav file

-edit anything ya want

-save

-hope this helps

I was having the same problem as Ghostface but then I did something and it worked.

1.) Create the pokemon you want.

2.) Save it to a folder (desktop preferably)

3.) Open it with a word editor.

If you didn't know this in order for the cheat to work, the cheat must have the same "gameid" as your game. I removed all the cheats from my ARDS and got the gameid of my Heart Gold and changed the gameid in the file to the one in my game. Then I moved the cheat to my ARDS and it worked.

IPKE 4DFFBF91 for US Heart Gold
